Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience delivering J2EE Oriented Solutions

Data Scientist

Responsibilities:

• Perform ad-hoc data analysis producing valuable insights to business stakeholders
• Explore data answering questions and finding new business opportunities
• Clean, transform, compute and verify the integrity of data used for analysis
• Work with business stakeholders to develop new KPIs that provide useful insights
• Work with the Business Intelligence team, providing them with requirements for the development of new KPIs and data pipelines
• Using a distributed computing system, develop predictive models for insight purposes
• Work with the data engineer and development teams to deploy automatic optimizers into production systems
• Select, build and optimize features using machine learning techniques
• Responsible for testing and validating the validity of new models
• Propose and promote any team work and/or process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience doing data analysis and machine learning;
  • Experience with at least one data science language like: R or Python;
  • Experience with data visualization tools like: ggplot2, Matplotlib or Plotly;
  • Experience with reproducible research tools like: RMarkdown, Jupyter Notebook or Databricks Notebooks
  • Experience with relational databases like: MySQL, PostrgreSQL or SQLServer;

Risk Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring, analyzing and reporting fraud, suspicious activities and risky activities on merchant accounts;
• Develop and implement new risk mitigation solutions and frameworks that improve our ability to deter, detect, measure and intervene against fraudulent activity, including better operational processes, automated systems and upstream design solutions;
• Ensure the right rule changes are applied to stop fraud and make sure the company is GDPR compliant ;
• Identify and respond to emerging fraud threats and trends;
• Maintain, create and drive our fraud strategy;
• Evaluate risk potential of new product features or business lines and inform decision-making at the design stage;
• Keep up to date with the knowledge of the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) and related regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 year experience in a similar position;
  • 2-3 year experience in an E-Commerce environment is required;
  • Demonstrated experience interpreting and presenting data to various audiences; ability to translate quantitative findings into action plans;
  • Deep understanding of acquiring business in credit card;
  • Experienced in existing fraud tools;
  • Very savvy in Frauds/scams targeting merchants and credit cards;
  • Bilingual (Dutch/English, spoken and written;

Accounts payable Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and receivable for multiple entities and ensure the follow-up of all outstanding items;
• Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliations;
• Prepare payments (checks, wires) and their accounting for a multi-currency environment;
• Respond to all vendor inquiries; resolve invoice discrepancies; maintain records and vendor files;
• Analyze accounts and prepare reports;
• Manage intercompany and other billing and accounting;
• Prepare deposits and manage their accounting;
• Work on different analysis on request;
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices;
• Carry out data entry for statistical purpose;
• Submit monthly reports and assist in month-end-closing;
• Special projects and ad-hoc requests as required.

Qualifications:

  • Accounting degree;
  • Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience, preferably within an international environment;
  • Understanding of the basic principles of sales tax;
  • Working knowledge of Accounting Softwares (mastering Accpac is an asset);
  • Expert level in Microsoft Excel;
  • Knowledge of general accounting procedures;
  • Prior experience in a high tech/e-commerce organization is a plus;

Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, receiving visitors, faxing and copying for the office;
• Plan, schedule and coordinate meetings;
• Prepare presentations, expense reports or other reports;
• Edit, correct, and translate documents (presentations, letters, etc) in Dutch, French and English;
• Manage travel arrangements;
• Answer calls;
• Attend meetings as required, take minutes and prepare meeting briefs;
