Who is Chargepay.net?
Chargepay.net provide billing support and customer service for ChargePay BV, who owns various websites.

What is an Order ID?
When you purchase a subscription, membership, or other product, you are issued an order ID made of 8 digits. You received your order ID from the online approval screen and in the email confirmation sent to you immediately after submitting your order. You should always maintain a record of your order ID and should use this number in any correspondence with a customer service representative.

Can I get information on the membership / product I have purchased ?

The result will display all the charges made on your credit card by Chargepay.net, along with a link to the website's support.

I did not receive a sales confirmation email. Why?
A sales confirmation / receipt email is sent with each order that Chargepay.net processes. You must enter a valid email address each time that you make a purchase to insure that you'll receive your confirmation/receipt. Please note that many email accounts are now protected by spam filters that often intercept automatically generated emails such as these: please make sure you check your junk mail folder if you have this option activated on your email.
